Important: This Action is Permanent

Deleting your MusicPals account will permanently remove all your data and cannot be undone. Please make sure you understand the consequences before proceeding.

  • • All music tracks you created
  • • Playlists and collections
  • • Collaborative projects

Note: Content that has been shared publicly and reposted by other users may remain visible. We have no control over copies that others have saved or shared outside our platform.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to our privacy team with the following information:

I request deletion of my MusicPals account and all associated data.

Option 2: In-App Request

If you have access to the MusicPals app:

  1. Open the MusicPals app and go to Settings
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Scroll to Privacy & Data
  4. Select Delete My Account
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion

Can I download my data before deletion?

Yes! You can request a copy of your data before deletion. Email jerry.mordi@jestoconnect.com with the subject "Data Export Request" and we'll send you a copy within 30 days.

Will I receive confirmation when deletion is complete?

Yes, we will send a confirmation email to your registered email address once your account and data have been completely deleted from our systems.

What if I have an active subscription?

Please cancel your subscription before requesting account deletion. Any remaining subscription time will be forfeited and refunds are subject to our refund policy.
